Terms of Service

Last updated: April 1, 2026

1. Agreement to terms

Welcome to DevSolve. By accessing or using our website, mobile applications, or related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

For users on Apple platforms: if Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) applies to your download of our iOS app, you acknowledge that Apple is not a party to these Terms except as required by Apple's App Store rules. See also Section 5 below for in-app purchases.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You may register with an email and password or use supported sign-in options (such as Google, Apple, or GitHub where available). You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Sign in with Apple, Google, or other providers is subject to those providers' terms and privacy policies in addition to ours.

3. License to use the Service

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal or internal business purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, or publicly display our software or content except as allowed by law or expressly permitted
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where prohibited restrictions do not apply
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service, security features, or other users' use
  • Use the Service to violate law or third-party rights

4. Toolbox modules and web payments

Creators may offer self-authored modules through DevSolve's Toolbox. Where purchases are available on the web, payments may be processed by Razorpay (or as otherwise stated at checkout). DevSolve may charge a platform fee as disclosed at the time of purchase.

  • Creators are responsible for content, originality, licensing, and accurate listings
  • Buyers receive access to digital deliverables as described for the listing after successful payment
  • DevSolve does not guarantee ongoing support or updates unless the creator states otherwise
  • Disputes may be reported through our reporting tools; we may take action including removal or suspension where appropriate
  • Creator payouts depend on accurate payout details and applicable policies

5. Mobile apps and in-app purchases (IAP)

Apple App Store. If you purchase digital content or features inside our iOS app, payment is processed by Apple. Prices are as displayed in the app or on the App Store. Your use of IAP is also subject to Apple's applicable terms and the Apple Standard EULA where it applies, unless we offer a custom EULA in App Store Connect.

Google Play. Purchases on Android are processed by Google and subject to Google Play's terms.

Refunds. For purchases through Apple or Google, refund requests are governed by the respective platform's policies. DevSolve does not control App Store or Play Store refund decisions.

Account for purchases. Digital entitlements are tied to the account you use with DevSolve. Loss of access to your account may affect access to prior purchases; follow account recovery options we provide.

6. Intellectual property

DevSolve does not claim ownership of problems, bids, modules, or other content you submit. You retain ownership subject to licenses you grant us to operate the Service (for example to host, display, and deliver content to other users as intended). Module licensing to buyers is as stated by the creator.

  • The Service itself, branding, and our software are owned by DevSolve or our licensors

7. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

  • Upload malware or misuse the Service to harm others
  • Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights
  • Spam, impersonate, harass, or defraud
  • Scrape or mirror the Service without permission where prohibited

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DEVSOLVE DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DEVSOLVE AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO DEVSOLVE FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100), EXCEPT WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE LIMITED BY LAW.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted.

9. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify DevSolve and its affiliates, officers, and employees against third-party claims, damages, and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.

10. Termination & account deletion

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you materially breach these Terms or if we must do so to comply with law or protect the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.

You may delete your account at any time from the Profile screen in our mobile app. Upon deletion:

  • Your account is immediately deactivated and you will be signed out.
  • You have a 7-day grace period to contact support and request reactivation.
  • After 7 days, your account and personal data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
  • If you attempt to log in with deleted account credentials, you will be prompted to contact support.

11. Changes

We may modify these Terms. We will post the updated Terms and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance unless applicable law requires additional steps.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to DevSolve's operating entity, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise.
